How it works

From joining a company to finishing a job

You join the company you work for and their scheduled jobs come to you. There is nothing to bid on and nothing to chase.

Join your company

Sign up with your email. One account can hold more than one company and you switch between them in the app.

See your month

The home calendar marks the days you have work. Tap a day to see those jobs with the site, the time and the manager to contact.

03

Work through the scope

Each job opens with its scope grouped by reception, offices, kitchen, lobby etc. Tick items off as you go and leave a comment for the manager if something needs flagging.

Add photo evidence

Attach photos to each area from your camera or gallery, so the work you have done is on the record.

Finish and sign off

Start and finish times are recorded. Finishing takes a completion checklist, your location and a signature, which documents the job for you and for the company.

See what the job pays

Each job shows its earnings, so the work and what it is worth sit in the same place.
