1. Who we are

This website and the CleanLink platform (comprising the CleanLink Connect web application and the CleanLink mobile app) are operated by GSS ENTERPRISES PTY LTD (ABN 42 689 788 869), trading as CleanLink ("CleanLink", "we", "us").

By visiting this website, or creating an account on CleanLink Connect or the CleanLink mobile app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website or the platform.

2. The service

CleanLink provides software for commercial cleaning operations:

• CleanLink Connect — a web application used by cleaning companies to manage leads, quotes, customers, cleaning scopes, schedules, cleaners, invoicing and reporting.
• The CleanLink mobile app — an Android and iOS application used by cleaners to view scheduled jobs, work through cleaning scopes, record photo evidence and comments and finish jobs with a completion checklist, location and signature.

CleanLink is a software provider. We are not a party to the cleaning services delivered between a cleaning company and its customers and we do not employ, engage or place cleaners.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

A cleaning company account operates as a workspace. A cleaner joins a workspace using a company PIN or team code provided by that cleaning company — we do not verify the employment or engagement arrangement between a cleaner and a cleaning company and any dispute about that arrangement is between the cleaner and the company.

One account may hold membership in more than one cleaning company's workspace.

4. Acceptable use

When using the website or the platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to access another user's account or another company's workspace without authorisation.
• Submit false or misleading information, including falsified job completion evidence, checklists, locations or signatures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or interfere with the operation or security of the website or the platform.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Cleaning company responsibilities

A cleaning company using CleanLink Connect is responsible for the accuracy of the customer, site, scope and schedule information it enters, for its own arrangements and obligations with its customers and its cleaners and for complying with the laws that apply to its business, including workplace and privacy laws.

6. Cleaner responsibilities

A cleaner using the mobile app is responsible for the accuracy of the job information they record, including scope completion, comments, photo evidence, checklists and location. Falsifying this information may breach both these terms and your arrangement with the relevant cleaning company.

7. Fees

Access to CleanLink Connect for a cleaning company is provided under a separate commercial agreement or order between that company and CleanLink, which sets out applicable fees. Cleaner accounts on the mobile app are not separately charged by CleanLink for standard use of the platform.

8. Intellectual property

The website, CleanLink Connect, the CleanLink mobile app and all related software, design and content are owned by GSS ENTERPRISES PTY LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform except as necessary to use it as intended.

You retain ownership of the data you or your company enters into the platform. You grant us a licence to host, process and display that data as needed to provide the service.

9. Third-party services

The platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services and may connect to third-party services you choose to enable, such as Xero for invoicing. Your use of those third-party services is governed by your own agreement with that provider and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website and platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website or platform, including for maintenance, security or improvement and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanLink is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or platform, including loss of revenue, data or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account that breaches these terms, poses a security risk, or is used unlawfully. A cleaning company may close its workspace and a cleaner may leave a workspace or delete their account, at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the website or platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
